Exchange 2003 database name issue

While doing an online backup recovery of an earlier database file, I have
run into a problem with the Store not mounting because of a SID name issue
by one character. Is their anyway to fix this without uninstalling and
reinstalling Exchange, as I have read?

Is there any tool (easy way) to get all contacts from users out of groupwise
and into MS outlook. like exporting and importing only groupwise doesn't
export the whole contact list only one contact at the time.

Exchange database files (edb or stm files).
At the moment I alreay test the follow three products:
-I tested "ExchangeServerRecovery", it's cheaper but it don't like a big

Avg. Disk sec/Read is too high (the documentation says it should be 0.02!) ...
