SMTPDIAG results

Some users were having problems sending mail to a specific domain so I
ran the SMTPDIAG tool on the Exchange server and these are the results

Can anyone help by telling me what error 10053 is and how to solve this

can exmerge "copy" emails out of a mailbox? for example.. i would like to
create a PST file of emails in a mailbox that were received from a specific
sender BUT keep the emails in the recipients mailbox. If so, what are the
options i need to select?

White list and IMF

Is there a white list for IMF that we can control? I have emails from certain
vendors that we want and IMF is blocking those emails. And i don't wnat to
decrease the SCL rating just becuase of this.

Recovery Tool

I think I deleted a mailbox and then recreated it on accident. I'm trying to
use the recovery tool to get the emails from the one mailbox I deleted into
the new one I created. The active directory runs off a different server so
when I try to find the user, it says there is no match - there is no match to

When I run Exchange ActiveSync Notify Troubleshooter on either our Exchange
2003 SP2 front or back end servers I get ***An error was encountered when
getting carriers from the AD.***
Anyone know why this is happening and/or how to fix it?

ExBPA Config XML 2.11.2.0 released today

ExMerge for deleting folders?

Hello,
can I user ExMerge for deleting folders? After migrating an IMAP-Account the
User have standard-folders from the "old" IMAP-Server such as "trash",
"drafts" and "sent-mail". Is there a way to delete this folders. Someone
said I can do this with ExMerge.
