X7 PS NTBackup Scripts

We have inherited X7 SCC Clusters utilizing PS scripts to NTBU databases to
disk. Works fine....
First is this the correct group for Exchange NTBackup discusssions?
The scripts BU the DB's (18) sequentially, so they take a while (~11hrs),
and gettn longer as DB's grow in size.
Is there away to configure ...

I am getting below error during mailbox migration from IMAP to Exchange 2007
using transporter suite intermitent. Some mailbox migrate without any
problem some error with below. Can anyone help?

I cannot find a way to get the Exchange 2003 management tools installed on a
server 2008 install. I see that Microsoft officially does not support this,
but i can't imagine there is not a work around.
