Exchange Server Quota Message Service

Hello,
Is there anyone who has experience with the quota message service on a
cluster.
In the documentation they say the mailbox which sends the quota mails has to
reside on the same server.
How do you install is on cluster servers with more than one exchange server ?

Hello,
we are using this tool to replicate free/busy data between to Exchange 2003
organizations. It seems that everyhtings works fine, but:
Every 15 minutes an error is recorded in the eventlog:

RSG shows no database

database at all. I run an Exchange 2003 organization with 9 servers all 2K3
