Message Tracking Logs Subject

We have enabled message tracking on Exchange Server 2003 SP2. We want to
search based on subject from the tracking log. The problem is that not all
subjects are readable due to different character code pages (see examples
below). What is the best way to convert/read this text? Is this an
installation/c ...

I'm also trying to add disclaimer but it somehow doesnâ??t work.
I went step-by-step thru KB 317680 but at the end, nothing is added to my
mails when they are send out of the company.

Profile Analyzer run on a subset of mailboxs not all in storage gr

I can't seem to find an how to's on running the profile analzyer against a
subset of mailboxes in a particular storage group. The analyzer doc's state
that it can pull 500kb to 1mb of data a second. I ran it on one of our
smaller .edb's and after 20 minutes I was only through 15 mailboxes.

I have registered a custom form using Exchange Explorer tool for a mail
item. If I set the value of urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:forms#browser
property as * then my form is getting executed on opening the mailbox from
any of the browser.

I have a question about the Usage Reports I get from Exchange Server 2003.
The E-mail counts seem high for a number of our users. For instance, the
internal e-mail sent for a certain user would be over 1000 for a 2 week
