Sending mail to an external address

Is there anyway to have an exchange mailbox created and have the ability to
send an email sent to it go to an external address as opposed to the local
address or directly to the mailbox?
I am trying to develop a migration plan for my POP users...

Exchange 2007 with Entourage 2008

I'm using a MacOSX with Entourage 2008 connected to Exchange Server 2007.
I'm not sure the server setup is correct or not. I was able to connect the

Is there a way to install the /RPC virtual directory not in the default web
site but in an alternate virtual web site at the client access server?
