rights to accounts

In exchange 2003 I used to have permission as an admin to open up all email
accounts. Since migrating to 2007 I noticed that I am getting a lot of you
don't have permission to open this mailbox. Contact your admin. Since I am
the admin I'm wondering if there is something I need to change or add for ex
2007?

Hello,
I am running setup /PrepareAd but it fails because I don't have a child
domain present on my test environment. I replicated my root domain to my
test environment but not the child domain. Is there a way to continue the
setup without replicating my child domain as well?

I was wondering how E2k7 deals with booked conference rooms in terms of when
the meeting organizer cancels the meeting. From what I can tell, the meeting
cancellation does not remove the conference room booking on the "Room
Mailbox". As a result, the conference room stays booked.

I work for an organization that has about 1000 Outlook Express clients
connecting to an Exchange 2003 server using IMAP. Currently, LDAP for the
