External email to public folder fails

Hello
I have a Win2008 ent server with E2007sp1 ent
I have mail enabled public folders that can get email from internal senders
but if sent from internet users it never arrives

Do we configure Web Access for outlook or it automatically gets created?
Like: https:https:\\owa.intranet.com/exchange where intranet is comapany's
email address. Where can we check what it is on exchange server? Some users
access their email from home...to give it to them. ...

1 is running Storage Server 2003
One server will be exchange (2008 server)

Installed CAS on other member server

store and smtp virtual server. Set sizes to 50000KB (which is way bigger
