Single account does not Sync over GPRS with Exchange SP1

Dear group,
On one of my customer servers, I experience the following problem;
(already posted this in PocketPC Activesync group, but due to lack of
response I repost it here too)
When starting a wireless sync (WiFi or GPRS) using a IPAQ 6340 (or other PDA
using WM2003) it errors out with a HTTP_403 erro ...

MS Exchange 2003 SP2 and Treo 650 not sync'ing!

I setup Exchange 2003 SP2 and got OMA working, but now when I try to sync a
Treo 650 with Exchange 2003 SP2 using activesync I get the following error
on the Treo 650.

hi I got the new kjam pda, and am trying to activesync - about 2-3 times a
day I get error
0x85010014
I then have to do a reset and full sync over gprs. It is a nightmare
compared to my 2003 device - is there a solution ?

OMA/VERSAMAIL/Active Sync HELP!!!!!

I have been pulling my hair out trying to get a Treo 650 to sync with my
exchange server. I am running Exchange2003E/sp2 on a 2003E server.
The server was first configured with a separate website for OWA in IIS. OWA
worked great. When we tried to get Versamail to sync, we had problems.

OWA and Exchange Active sync broke after upgrade to Exchange SP2

Hi, just upgraded Exchange to SP2 (after applying hotfix 831464 as required)
and now Exchange Active Sync is broke. OWA requires login in the format
domain\user instead of just the user that it required before. I suspect
that the two are linked.
What to look for?

Installed Exchange 2003 SP2 and now no mobile devices synch

I just upgraded our Exchange 2003 server from SP1 to SP2 and now none
of our previously working mobile devices synch. There are no errors,
the device just says it's synching and it only has data up to the
server upgrade time. I checked the settings in Exchange and all of the
