Global Contact Access for WM2005? Webinar? setup?

Can't open attachments from OWA

When our users use OWA to check their mail they can't open most attachments,
ie PDF. They can save the file and then open it but if they double click on
the attachment it opens a new IE window but doesn't open the file and there
is no error message.

I have a user at our company who recently received a T-Mobile MDA that we
have had all sorts of problems with trying to get ActiveSync to work with it
and our Exchange Server.
The server is Exchange 2003 SP2, and it is running on Windows 2000 Server
SP4.

we've set-up mobile activesync on some of our company smartphones. when
set-up with the administrators credentials the phones sync fine (they
sync the admins calendar etc - we used this for testing).
