Getting 0x80072f17 with my cer file

I just switched my old iPaq hw6515 to a Motorola Q 9h. I copied the
.cer file to the Q but I get 0x80072f17 when I try to sync. The
certificate does seem to install without error. I should point out
that the certificate is not a certificate bought from a CA. The cer
did work on my old iPaq.

We just deployed Exchange 2007. Every thing is right except for OWA.
When some one uses OWA to access his mailbox from INTERNET, it's OK.
When some one uses OWA to access his mailbox from INTRANET an error about
certificate appears.
