Admin Account Access of mailboxes

Hi,
I have seen the our administrator account access mailboxes of exchange 2003
users. I am the admin - and I have not physically accessed that mailbox.
Is it the Exchange Mailbox Manager running behind the scenes or what? I saw
this in
Exchange System Manager.

Auto replies for Members belonging to a distribtion list

Hello all,
I am sure this is simple but I am having a hard time. I have a
distribution group called Everyone. HR sends important and sensitive
emails to this group.
The problem is that if a user has an auto reply on HR does not get the
auto reply.
My question is should it?

Setup resource scheduling

Hi,
I first noticed this with a user sending emails from a VISTA / Office 2007
PC. The emails were being bounced back and there was no clear cause. In
that instance the user recreated the message (as opposed to "replying to
all"), resent it and it worked. As it seemed to go away I forgot about it.

We are using Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003 clients. We don't have
problems sending to other outside domains like gmail or hotmail. It
also seems like Outlook 2003 is bouncing the email before it even
tries to send it to the Exchange server. The email domain we're
trying to send to is not on our blocked list ...

no changes were made to the SBS Exchange 2003. suddenly all traffic stopped.
Outlook and OWA clients are connecting to server but the server will not
send to mail accounts even when they are on the same mail server?
