Users are not receiving email when reply due to a unusual address

I have several users who are intermittently have problems receiving email. It
seems that when users reply to their previous emails or pull their name from
the GAL, their name resolves with the following:
IMCEAEX-_O=SI+20SYSTEMS_OU=FIRST+20ADMINISTRATIVE+20GROUP_CN=RECIPIENTS_CN=JBASRA44602611@si-systems.com.

I have users that can access other users inbox. Does anyone know a way to
force a user to reestablish credentials. I believe the users where set up
using administrator for the credentials rather that the user. ...

I run exchange 2003. Some users are able to access other users inbox,
calendar, etc. without any perrmissions set for them to use it. Other users
on the same domain can not. Does anyone know how to force the user to
extablish new credentials. I think the exchange credentials are different

I have added and applied new Address Lists in Exchange 2007, Organization
Configuration, Mailbox, but the Address Book in Outlook doesn't show the new
