GAL not updating

I made some changes to a users tittle and office however these changes are
not showing up in the GAL. I tried rebuilding the offline address book and
removing any local cache however it's still not updating. I don't see any
errors in the event log. What is the best way to trouble shoot this issue?

How far back does Exchange 2003 retain calendar appointments?

Hello, I'm missing appointments prior to 12/24/07 but recurring appointments
are still visable. By default how far back will exchange retain appointment
information? How can I bring back those past appointments?

How is a message size calculated?

I have noticed in Outtlok 2003 a displayed size for a message of about 7mb.
When recieved in Hotmail the size shows 10mb. Our Exchange 2003 server has a
13mb limit. All the SMTP connectors and global settuings have been verified.
Sometimes the message in Outlook shows a lower size but it gets rejected as

A group of users report not receiving an email, having been telephoned by a
contact chasing a response to a report he'd sent over. (Exchange 2003)
tracking logs show the message being received and delivered to all three

delivery restrictions

I have a user who is on leave and wants her e-mails restricted to specific
people. For the most part that's fine, I've turned on the delivery
restrictions and added the mail enabled groups to the list off allowed
senders. However some of the people that need to be added to the list are
outside of out organ ...

OMA on IIS 5 cannot get it to work

I'm trying to get OMA working and nothing seems to help. Here is the
environment and what I've done so far:
- Exchange Server 2003 latest SP running on Windows Server 2000, sp4. IIS5.
It is a back end Exchange Server, with OWA working on it correctly.
