Exchange 2007 UM delays on hung up calls (Urgent)

Hi
I have an issue with UM. It works fine, but when the user wants to hung up
the call, it seens to be a delay on the Exchange and looks like the call is
still going, because of this if the user wants to hung up and dont record a
voice message, the exchange because of this delay it always record the voice ...

we run couple a of E2K3 sites, all Exchange servers are running 2003 incl.
SP2. One of the admin groups is only for hosting all public folders for
different mailbox admin groups. The users reach there PFs via Public Folder
referrals. The sites are connetced using RGCs. The standard client is Outlook ...

Showing additional columns in the Address Book view

Hi,
I have imported a load of contacts into a Public Folder and configured
it to show as an Address Book in Outlook 2007.
The problem however is that when you open the Address Book dialog and
choose anything but the GAL the columns displayed shrinks down to
'Name', 'Display Name' and 'Email Address'.

Sync between Outlook on one Exchange server with another exchange

I would like to sync calendar data between my calendar on the Exchange
server at work, and my personal calendar on another Exchange server.
The reason for this is that my personal exchange server also pushes
calendar information to my mobile device, which is something that the
Exchange server at work is not set ...

Meeting requests to external contacts in GAL show up 3 times

Whenever someone sends a meeting request to an external contact in the GAL,
when that external contact accepts the meeting, the external contact shows up
3 times in the attendee list.
This is Exchange 2003 Ent SP2, Outlook 2003 SP3.
