Meeting request generates NDR with no delegates specified

I have a user who cannot receive meeting invitations.
The sender receives an NDR for a user who is long gone, and the intended
recipient doesn't get anything. He has no rules set in outlook and no
delegates.
AD shows no delivery to other users and no send on behalf of permissions.
Any ideas?

We are looking to retore a mailbox store from exchange 2000. We are on
Exchange 2003 Enterprise sp2.
How would I go about doing this? We use EMC (Legato Networker). Do I
perform the same process like I would restore on a current mailbox store. I

Calendar items in Outlook do not show in OWA

Having a hard time with this one and have not found anything on the web yet.
I have a user who has appointments showing in the outlook calendar but when
we view her calendar using OWA, some appointments do not show. She is using
outlook 2003 SP2 and we are using Exchange 2003 with all the latest patches.

Emails are traveling outbound and appear to leave the Outbound Queue. These
emails, however, do not immediately leave the Exchange Server, and are not
received by their recipients, until the server is rebooted. After the reboot,

We have just merged with another company. Both sites have 1 x windows 2003
server with exchange 2003. The powers that be have decided they would like 1
big server at just 1 site controlling both company names. Both sites will be

NDRs Only, No Outgoing External Mail

I have a Small Business Server 2003 SP2 and Exchange has SP2. Every email
sent from Outlook immediately results in the following NDR. Same result for
OWA.
