How to Migrate from IPlanet to Exchange 2007

I want to migrate IPlanet mail system to Exchange 2007 server.
What are my options?
This is at Planning stage, I did not see any third party tools.

I´m try to configure a Distribution Group In my Exchange 2007 but, after
read in Technet, only accept Universal Distribution Groups.
My idea it´s reutilize my Global Groups but, when i try to make a nesting,

Problems with RecipientValidationEnabled

I can't get Exchange 2007 to block or reject messages from invalid
recipients. I don't have an Edge Transport server, and I've ran
install-antispamagents.ps1 on the hub transport server. Under Recipient

The archive vendors we spoke with have PST ingestion into the archive. But
since the ingestion places a stub in Exchange to point to the archive server,
it seems it does bring some overhead to Exchange storage.
I realize the stub is smaller then the original email but as the number of
years pile on it seem ...
