SMTP Queues "hang" intermittently

I have a problem at one of my accounts that has me stumped. Occasionally
(and recently more oftent) SMTP queues for a particular receiving domain
will just hang. And they will stay that way for days and more. Sometimes
stopping/starting the information store will clear one or more of them, but
perhaps not ...

Exch 2007 and OWA, Outlook cached not syncing up?

Have an Exchange 2007 mixed org and using Outlook 2007 as well. I try to
keep users in cached mode as much as possible. Now here is what I am
noticing though. When in cached mode what is displayed locally does not
always seem to be in sync with the server. For instance I do not see

Exchange message transport stops working but messages not saved

Odd situation I've never seen before. New SBS2003R2 standard system
