Emails are traveling outbound and appear to leave the Outbound Queue. These
emails, however, do not immediately leave the Exchange Server, and are not
received by their recipients, until the server is rebooted. After the reboot,

Hi All
We have just merged with another company. Both sites have 1 x windows 2003
server with exchange 2003. The powers that be have decided they would like 1
big server at just 1 site controlling both company names. Both sites will be
connected via a dsl vpn.
What is the best way to play it go get email ...

NDRs Only, No Outgoing External Mail

I have a Small Business Server 2003 SP2 and Exchange has SP2. Every email
sent from Outlook immediately results in the following NDR. Same result for
OWA.

We have exchange 2003. Some users randomly sometimes when opening
Distribution List in Outlook 2003, users don?t see any Members.
Members box is blank. It works sometimes.
We though this is because of low RAM on DCs as may be global catalogue

Ex2003 SP2 (on a testing network) and it's now the testing time.

All you can do to eliminate or reduce the problem would be to block the
NDRs. If I want to send out e-mail as "marty@yourcompany.com" there's
nothing you (or Trend) can do to stop me from doing. If I blast out a
million spam messages with that address and some of them hit invalid
