Exchange 2007 cropping headers on inbound messages

We are noticing that after moving to Exchange 2007 from Exchange 2003 that
2007 appears to be cropping header information instead of displaying the full

we are using Forefront for Exchange 2007 and was wondering how can I create a
filter to quarantine all emails that might contain SSN #'s
I would like to filter subject and message body but cannot come up with the
right keywords. I have tried ???-??-????, ***-**-***.

I am trying to Migrate some Mailboxes from an Exchange 2000 to an Exchange
2007 Server.
I always got Error 1008 Event Source: Exchange Migration.
