I have exchange 2007 installed on a windows 2003 server and 1 DC on Windows
2003. My DC was stolen during a break-in. We have a backup of the system
state but I do not have a similar system to restore it on. Can I setup a new

Are there any performance advantages to having multiple information stores on
an Exchange 2003 Server? We were thinking about branching out each
department into its own info store to break out brick level backups and to
minimize down time when we do offline defrags.

Subject Line being removed from random emails

I have SBS 2003 R2 Installed. Exchange uses POP3 connector to retrieve
e-mails and send to a user mailbox. Sometimes (around 1 in 3) emails arrive

My domain Company.com (example)'s email is hosted on a Linux box. However
one manager wants to take advantage of Pushmail, and would like to be hosted
on a MS Exchange.
It is impossible for us to migrate all users to Exchange (financial reasons

Generally we can send and receive messges normally. We do have one address
that we used to be able to receive from with no problems. However, now that
person can only send us an e-mail if they "reply" to one of our e-mails. If
they originate an e-mail to us then it does not get delivered to our Exchange

Possible Exchange Database Corruption

I have an Exchange 2003 SP2 server and the other nigh the backup started
failing (Backup Exec) stating:
Access denied to database Mailbox Store (Serv_Name)
Database or database element is corrupt

Recently we installed an Exchange Server 2007 with SP1 and SP1-Rollup 1 on a
Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 x64 Standard Edition. There´s 2 GB of RAM and a
swap-file with 2.0 - 4.0GB. After a reboot of the server the PF usage is

implement SCR to a remote site but would like to find out how much bandwidth
