Exchange Web Services Configuration Problem

I am trying to build a web services application and I seem to have an issue
with configuring web services. I have configured Exchange and IIS with an
EWS virtual directory. I am able to access the services.wsdl file, but I
cannot seem to use the exchange.asmx file.

I am using WebDAV to get a list of public folders on my Exchange server and
their properties.I am interested in the permissions of the public folder. I

Help with configuring Kerberos Constrained Delegation - Double Hop Issue

Does anyone know how to setup an SPN(Security Principal Name) for the
