NLB Cas and using nodes as hubs

Is there any reason if you have 2 servers in a NLB cluster for the CAS role
why the two under laying nodes can not also have the hub roles as well.
I've just never seen any scenarios where this is done and I would like to
put the hub roles on as well as a backup for standalone hub in the
org ...

I am designing an Exchange 2007 solution and the customer is planning on
using Windows Server 2008. They require HA and DR, therefore, should I
recommend CCR and place 1st node in Main DC and 2nd in DR DC or should I

I recall that there was a bandwidth calculator with Exchange Server 2003,
however, I don't see one for Exchange 2007. I am consolidating Exchange
within a Data Center and want to know how much bandwidth is required for all
