Synchronising Exchange servers

I have an Exchange 2003 server and have now purchased another Exchange
server which will be stored offsite. I want this server to be exactly
the same in case anything happens to the first one and so we can
continue to receive emails. Does anyone know how I can synchronise the
servers ?

environment. We need to configure it to support RPC over HTTP. The articles I
have found say that for single server designs, the exchange server requires
