File Share Witness for CCR

Can someone tell me why it is recomended to install the file share witness on
the hub server?
I'm looking at putting on a BlackBerry Server thatr is also running
DoubleTake so that I dont need to switch the DNS entry should the primary
witness also be off. I cant see why this should be a problem but I just ...

I have 4 node SCC cluster enabled ( 2 active and 2 passive nodes) and want
to enable SCR copies to second site. Each Active EX server will have its own

File Share Witness on CAS/HUB with NLB?

We are designing a new Exchange 2007 system with CCR and two load balanced
(NLB) CAS/HUB servers.
I know that HUB-servers are load balanced automatically, but installed
together with CAS they will use NLB as well.
