exchange forests consolidation

I need to consolidate two forests and respectively two exchange organizations
e2k3 sp2, but noticed the following:
After a mailbox is moved from one forest to another when you reply to an old
internal e-mail - the message will bounce for the internal recipients because

Exchange server at DRC

Hi,
I have exchange 2003 at my HO and want to install another exchange server at
my DRC site to replicate all the mailboxes from HO. In case of
failure/disaster at HO users should be able to access server at DRC.
1. I have put on DC with GC at DRC site

How do I create an additional Exchange Virtual server on an Exchange 2007
Client Access Server? For example, I want two IP addresses and FQDN bound

hi, good night.
I have two Exchange 2000 Sp3 servers with a DC with AD 2003.
From right click on any user account from ADUC, select "exchange tasks", in
"available tasks" i haven't tasks available.
The wizard is greyed out and the tasks ( create, move, delete...) don't
exist.
Please helpme.

I currently administer an exchange 2000 server at a school board. Management
wants it virtualized. The san its to be migrated to has 2 disk groups. I am
currently thinking about the aspect of redundancy. Full Backups are done
every night (M-F). One disk group is more limited in space than the other.
