Deleted Item Recovery not working

Hey everyone,
We are running a W2k3 domain, Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. Our
workstations are running XP Pro.
Deleted Item Recovery is not working for me but it works just fine for my
co-worker just behind me. Anyone have any ideas why it doesn't work for me?
