SSL OWA and Activesync in exchange 2003

Hi,
i only have 1 exchange server and OWA configured for SSL.. Will i have
problems using the active sync to sync my mails in those cellphone with
active sync capabilites? Do i need to create another virtual directory for
the active sync?

We have a few mailboxes that we need multiple people to have access to, I
never had a problem doing this using exchange 2000 and outlook 2000 but
since I upgraded I can not get it to work (upgraded to exchange 2003 and
outlook 2003)

an easy question. i have exchange FE and BE behind a firewall. FE internal
Ip has translate to external IP. Does the 'mx record' have to be my FE
external ip address? or any external ip of any of my server can be registerd
as mx record.
