OWA Error 12031

Whenever I reply or create a new message using OWA, an Exchange unexpected
response "...(12031)" error pops up right after clicking Send. I'm using
Vista and IE7 with the OWA. Any ideas? ...

Hi,
I am running Exchange 2007. Can you tell me how I can simply drop an .eml
with an attachment into the pickup folder for it to send out? I can send
out simply emails without attachments without any bother. Do I need some
utility inbetween to create this .eml file?
