Forward all email to host's SMTP server, not on port 25

Scenario: SBS2003 w/ Exchange 2003 SP2, fully patched. The ISP blocks ALL
port 25 traffic other than their SMTP server. The current setup has all
email being forwarded to their smtp server using the smart host setting in

on exc 2007 can send mail to internal domain without problem but cannot send
outside. and users on exc 2003 cannot reach a users on exc 2007 in the
