Emails not leaving SMTP Queue

I just moved my exchange SBS server from one ISP to another. It is now
sitting behind a Cisco ASA firewall which is connected to a T1 line. Most of
my emails make it to their recipient. Emails to aol.com and Comcast.net sit
in the mail queue and never make it to their recipient. Any ideas? ...

Exchange 2003, SP2. We set up our webmail as the typical url www.mycompany.com/exchange and it worked fine, just put the username and password in.
Well, recently, I am not sure what happened, but now you have to put in DOMAINNAME\username and password or it will not work.

Sharing the GAL

organizations, in two different Forests, with no trust relationship.
This of course means that I want to route messages correctly.
The issue here is that both organizations must share the same e-mail domain
name.
