Forward all email to host's SMTP server, not on port 25

Scenario: SBS2003 w/ Exchange 2003 SP2, fully patched. The ISP blocks ALL
port 25 traffic other than their SMTP server. The current setup has all
email being forwarded to their smtp server using the smart host setting in
the default smtp server AND the smtp connector.

Migrating from 5.5, 2003 smtp connector does not send outbound
