I am having an issue on my Exchange 2003 machine. It is Exchange 2003 (SP2)
on a Windows Enterprise server 2003 (SP2), with the latest updates installed.

I have an 07 server that accepts emails from everyone but this single domain
In the message tracking it doesnt see it hitting the server at all, however
in the smtp receive logs it does look as if its making its way to the server.

forcing outlook 2007 to connect to exchange server

I am running outlook 2007. When out of the office, I connect using a vpn to
our exchange server.
However, all of a sudden, when I open outlook, it doesnt ask me to connect
