SP2 on Front End
Mon, 9 Jan 2006 16:09:33 -0800
Clustered Active-Active E2K3(SP1), one standalone E2k3 (SP2) in the same and
one front End server(SP1).
Can anyone tell me if there would be a problem to install SP2 on the front
end and still keep the cluster backend on SP1?
Thanks

Mon, 9 Jan 2006 11:40:07 -0800
Is it possible to configure a two-node Exch 2003 cluster to send mail from
the virtual SMTP server's IP instead of the active node's? If so, how do we
go about doing this and are there any caveats? We have a firewall that PATs
outgoing, and external mail appears to originate from that PAT address
instead ...

Basic clustering question
Wed, 4 Jan 2006 16:17:00 -0300
Is "Windows Clustering Services" the only way of implementing clustering in
Exchange Server 2003? I mean.... EXPENSIVE computer hardware?
Or can I implement clustering with some other technique like NLB or
something similar to SQL2005 database mirroring?
I've been reading the NLB is applied only to Front ...
