Alternatives to Microsoft Clustering for Exchange 2003?
31 Jan 2006 08:12:32 -0800
We have been running two MS Clusters on Exchange 2003 for about a year
now and we have never benefited from the redundancy. To the contrary we
have actually had a significant amount of down time due to the cluster
failing over when it shouldn't or becoming unstable. (The configuration

Cluster Groups for Exchange
Fri, 27 Jan 2006 17:27:45 -0500
I am setting up a 2 node cluster for the first time and am wondering why I
need a second cluster group to support the Exchange Virtual Service. The
two machines in use are dedicated to exchange (and owa) and will not be
providing any other service. At all times I want all services provided by
one computer; i ...

I've a W2K server with an Exchange 2003 install only 1 NIC. When I try to

Placing cluster onto domain
26 Jan 2006 15:21:37 -0800
Until recently we had an Exchange 2000 cluster on our domain but when
we were upgrading to 2003 we ran into some problems so decided to
create a temporary single server with the same name as the Exchange
Virtual cluster (FHMAILC). This machine is a stand-alone machine and
works fine just now.
We also have ...

Exchange 2003 Clustering Info
26 Jan 2006 06:17:35 -0800
Hi All
I am fairly new to exchange clustering so I was wondering if someone
could provide me with some good "how to" resources. We currently have
