Adding new node and EVS to an existing Exchange 2003 cluster

We have a 4 node Exchange 2003 cluster - 3 active/ 1 passive. We want to add
a 4th active node. Is this pretty straight forward? Just add the server to
the cluster, install Exchange and then create the system attendant resource?

Exchange 2003 and WWW service

We have a 4 node exchange 2003 cluster (3 active/1 passive). Everything
works fine except for one minor problem with the WWW service.
The WWW service is set to manual startup - I'm assuming so the cluster
service and stop / start it as needed.

Can I copy or restore Exchange snapshot backup taken from Exchserver1 to
another Exchange server with the same name at another location ?
or is it that the Exchange snapshot backup needs to be restored at the same
