HKLM \Cluster not avaiilable in one of the nodes

I was going through this article

to see what could be wrong on one of our cluster server and found the
following:
1. I could not log onto the server with the cluster account
2. I checked the HKLM and did not find the Cluster Hive at all.
How can I restore this ...

Long failover time

that my time duration for failover was really long... like 8-10 minutes!

Can clustering prevent database corruption

Can exchange clustering prevent against full database corruption? I'm really
curious about this because if the exchange database is on a SAN, in the case
of corruption, clustering will not work at all because the exchange server
will failover to an existing corrupted exchange database. Please let me know.

Logon to Node or Logon to EVS

When instructions indicate to "logon to the Exchange Server" (to make changes
via ESM), and these are Exchange 2003 Clustered servers... should I logon to
the "server / node" to run ESM, or to the "Exchange Virtual Server"?
If answer is: "it depends", what are determining factors for
which to choose?
