Question on deployment of OWA

Hey all,
We currently have an 2 node Exchange 2003 SP2 cluster installed on a Windows
2003 domain. The cluster isn't apart of RPC-HTTP topology right now.
We want to add an additional FE server and make the environment work as

Failover not working in clustering

I have 3 clustering node. Active, Active & Passive.
After failover from active to passvive, it works for 15 minutes. After
which, on user Outlook 2003, it shows "Trying to connect...".
Run ESM from Exchange server, try to expand SG, it hangs. In the Event
viewer, two errors shows as below.

How to clear Outlook address cache across network

Hey everyone,
Can someone tell me if there is a way to clear everyone's Outlook 2003
address cache across the network? We need to clear everyone's "Auto
Completion" becasue we are moving from firstname lastname to lastname,
firstname MI.

I would never do a SCC for any reason, CCR is the only way to go. Ask 10
consultants, get 10 answers :)
