reject messages from in the delivery restriction fields on the SMTP
connector. However it is not working. I have read you have to stop and star
the routing service and the SMTP service for this changes to become active.

1. I am planning on dropping the quorum(File-Witness Share) on one of my Hub
transport servers. If the hub Transport server were to go down could the
