Outlook 2003 Timesout when recieving at 50%

I have a client who's machine I installed Outlook 2003 on. When I set up his
pop3 email account it always timesout when recieving at 50%. I have tried
incresing the timout time and all that does is make it take longer to display
the error. I tested the connection settings and everything pass ...

EX2007 Outlook stalls when using address book

When users click to add an address from the Global Address List or enter an
address for the first time manually there is a delay (up to 30 seconds) in
pulling up the address book or resolving the typed in name, any thoughts or
suggestions are greatly appreciated.

OWA 2007 not access mailbox EX2003

1 x Cas with OWA only and 1 x 2000 BE
Im trying to access to https://mail.com/exchange
This works once the user's mailbox is on the 2007 server.
If a user is on a 2003 BE - I get a page cannot be displayed HTTP and 404.
What am I missing? ...
