Outlook and appointments

Does anyone have an idea on how to have a user set an appt for another user
and have it immediately show up on the attendant's calendar as well as for
the attendant to receive an e-mail notifying them of the appointment.
This is the way GroupWise worked and need similar functionality

Calender error

This is the error one of our users gets when they make an appointment in
their calender. The appointment wasn't sent to anyone else! They are using
outlook 2003

public folder data doesn't update

We have a contacts folder available to all employees (10 users) in a public
folder on our SBS2003 server. There are over a thousand contacts there and
lots of info is tracked. Different salespeople use the "notes" field to add
comments and info related to a specific client.
One user adds some text at the top ...

Signature in Exchange 2007 OWA

When I reply to an email I sometimes want to add my signature and somtimes not.
When I choose to insert my signature (using the signature-button) it's
always inserted at the top of the email and no at the cursor.
I've verified this behaviour on 2 different exchange 2007 installtions (with
and without SP1) ...

Outlook 2007 Calendar issues. I migrated to Exchange 2007 from 200

When I try and schedule an appointment with other users using outlook 2007
the users calendars information is not available. This is also true when
trying to use exchange 2007 OWA.
But if I use Outlook 2003 I can do it just fine.
I am the only user who has had there mailbox moved over the the exchange

calender not showing

Any appointments after Dec. of this month even though the dates are bolded
which means there are appointments in these days. Any reason? Any
suggestions?
I am using outlook 2003 with updates up to date and Exchange 2003.
