My platform is as follows:
One server called SERVER1 is running Windows Server 2003 SP2, acts as a DC
for domain DOMAIN1. Exchange Server 2007 (no SP1 installed yet) is running
on this machine SERVER1.

OWA / Webmail "popup" notification (2007)

I check my company email through OWA from home. Previously we used the 2003
version of OWA, but we recently switched over to 2007.
With 2003, when I got a new email while logged in to OWA, I got a popup
notification aobve my clock regardless of whether I was on that page in my

How to control/prevent spam

Using Exchange 2003.
I'd like to know the best ways to prevent junk email from getting to our
users' inboxes. If anyone has any good suggestions or links, I would
appreciate any ideas.

Select Names - Contact Folders in Public Folders

I've recently set up some new contact folders as subfolders in public
folders. But when I go to select a contact from one of the folders, the

Duplicate Mailbox Folders

We've recently upgraded our users from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003,
SP 3, running against Exchange 2003 SP2 (single org, single site) .
Some users who log onto multiple workstations have reported receiving

OWA, Macintosh, and Verizon DSL

Our Windows users who connect from home using Verizon DSL have no trouble
using OWA to access their e-mail on our Exchange 2007 server. Our Mac users
who use Verizon DSL can't even get to the OWA login page no matter which Mac
browser they use.

sorting mail using "to:" address for mailbox with multi addresses

How would i go about preserving the "to:" information on a mail received by
