Attachments in OWA

I just ran into a situation I've never seen before, and it's about as
stupid as I've seen.
Called to a clients office and the IT group had setup a email account
called SUPPORT and gave the domain administrator account full control of
the Exchange parts, they then configured outlook 2003 on the generic

Spying on Clients

I have an Exchange 2003 account, and use Outlook 2007 as my client.
I have discovered that there is sharing (hand under the folder) displayed on
certain folders of my mailbox.
Checking the permissions, there is nothing abnormal ( Default = None,
anonymous = none).

I'm interesting in getting a cell phone (or smartphone) that can connect to
Exchange server for emailing; that is, if I send or receive messages on the
phone, those messages will have been in the Sent folder and the Inbox on my
PC when I get to Outlook or OWA on any computer.

auto accept meeting

A customer running Outlook 2007 (and Exchange server) is having trouble with
meetings.
Whenever anyone sends them a meeting request, they DO NOT see it in their
inbox - and it automatically shows up on their calendar (I guess it's auto
accepting the meeting requests).

Delivery Receipts arriving in wrong language

We have a client who recently upgraded to Exchange 2007, ever since that was
done they're reporting that when they request delivery confirmation from
external email addresses, the confirmation arrives in Korean. I took a look,
and sure enough the delivery confirmation appears to be in some foreign

HTML rendering

OWA viewed in Safari.
HTML emails are not displayed correctly, the formating that's rendered
in safari is off but if "View As Web Page" is clicked everything is
rendered correctly?
What do I have to change in my HTML to correct this?

Out of office settings cannot be displayed error

Some mailboxes migrated from E2K to EK7 encountered error when setting the
OOF. The error is "Your Out of Office settings cannot be displayed, because
the server is currently unavailable. Try again later". These users dont
encountered this problem when using Outlook 2003 but Outlook 2007.
