We are trying to set up a smartphone to access our Exchange email. The
phone is Verizon's UT Starcom XV6700 (running on Windows Mobile 5 with the

I have Exchange 2003 SP2 6.5 Build 7638 SP2. I am running IE 7 Version
7.0.5730.11 (128bit) Update Version 0 on my XP machine. I can access owa just
fine. I have another XP machine with the same version of IE7 and all the

Inbox will not update in Cached Mode

Outlook 2003 on Exchange Server 2003. I have one user out of 40 that cannot
use Exchanged Cached Mode. If this is not checked then they get tons of Spam
but their e-mail does work. If i check it then they get no email and in fact

Opening Shared Calendar from Entourage

I am trying to open shared calendar that resides on an exchange 2003 sbs box.
I am able to open the shared calendar from outlook but not able to open in
from any machine running Entourage. Any ideas!! I just installed Exchange
SP2, not sure if the problem started before or after the install.

Office 2007 SP1 - Unable to send or receive mail

I've installed office 2007 sp1 last night, and immediately after
rebooting, I could no longer send or receive email. I get the error
message that Outlook could not connect to host. To test this, I
uninstalled SP1, and I could once again send and receive email. I've got

Some Appointments Missing in OWA - Shown In Outlook

We are running exchange 2007, and Outlook 2003.
I have one user who has appointments in Outlook that do not show up in OWA.
Some appointments show, while others do not. Seems very random.
Any help appreciated!

Suddenly we start to get winmail.dat file in our internal mail (mail sent
within the same Exchange organisation) mail sent external seems to be ok.
