I just set up an Exchange 2003 Server and set up Outlook 2000 as "Corporate"
(MAPI ) and configured it to point to my new server. I can send email out of
my domain but I can't receive any email back. I'm not getting any errors in
Outlook. I just don't receive any email.

This is a problem I've dealt with for months now. We have a Windows
service that connects to two Exchange inboxes consecutively every 30
seconds. It works fine for weeks on end, then all of a sudden:
