OWA public folders on 5.5

We've been running Exchange 5.5 SP4 for years (obviously), but I just
recently installed OWA, and I have a question about accessing public
folders in it.
The heaviest-used folder is made up of task items, and in outlook (all
versions from 97 to 2003), all my users can go in and edit information

Has anybody else noticed a massive increase in normal email being treated as
Spam mail since the Nov 2007 IMF update?
On 23 Dec I let the Nov IMF update install and since then everyone is
complaining of missing email. They are all being directed to Spam Mail not Junk
eMail. I still get plenty sent to Junk eMai ...

I have an Exchange server 2007 SP1 with outlook 2003 and 2007 clients ( in
cached mode )
When i download the offline addressbook from my server, the outlook 2007
clients give this error :
Task'my emailaddress' reported error (0x8004010F): The operation failed. An

Pushing Attachment to Mobile Smartphone.

I am currently running Exchange 2003 and I am pushing mail to Windows Mobile
5 phones. The users are complaining that they can't see the attachments on
their phones. Is there a way to get Exchange Activesync to push attachments
to the devices with my current versions?

My company installed a Cisco based unified messaging, and the pocket pc, are
unable to play the Voice Messages.
So is there a CODEC available, or a new pocket pc version on the road map
that will address this?

Outlook Web Access Connectin issues

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong forum.
I have several clients using OWA to connect into my Exchange 2003 Server.
Sometimes the system just goes so slow it's unusable. The clients all connect
using their own ISP and can surf the net without any issues.

Is it possible that another can acces webmail my account and that he or she
only can read and not remove items. We can give rights to another that can
look in my webmail but he/she can remove items. Is it possible that he/she
only can read the items in the webmail

Certificate Security Alert

We have Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2007. When users open Outlook they get a
Security Alert telling me the "name on the security certificate is invalid or
does not math the name of the site. Do you want to proceed. I currently dont

User has never had access through Ouotlook to another specific users
account; however when he goes into OWA and highlisghts a message it shows in
