OWA and old draft sent date

Recently I sent an email from OWA that had been sitting in drafts for a
couple of weeks and I noticed that the sent date was older than I expected -
it appears to be the date the draft was last saved instead of the sent date.

exchange 2003sp2 on win 2003
wierd issue-
one user has outlook configured to store mail in mailbox and it works fine
all mail is there. not in pst but in exchane users mailbox. but whe he logs
into OWA ther eis no mail there. never saw this before unless user was using
pop but he is not.

OWA attachments with MAC

I have one remote user who uses OWA with a MAC running Safari 3.0.4. He can
read and send mail without a problem. When he tries to add an attachment to
an email, he is prompted for a password. He enters his password but it says
the password is incorrect and he can't add the attachments. Obviously he

Org Forms lib not visible in Outlook 2003 (Exch 2007)

I've followed the instructions here -

library and all looks ok.
I ran PFDAVAdmin from a client machine, and the permissions on it seem to
check out. However, I cannot publish any forms to it, in fact, it's just not
visible in Outlook 2 ...

Exchange Outlook WebAccess problem

UK pound sign not displaying on sent emails

Customer has Exchange 2007 (not SP1 yet)
When any user sends an email, either in Outlook 2007 or OWA, which contains
a UK pound sign, £ , it does not display properly at the recipient. This

Contacts not in GAL

Hi
I'm not sure why one of our users cannot see Contacts in the GAL dropdown.
In the Contacts Properties | Outlook Address Book tab, the "Show this folder
as an e-mail Address Book" checkbox is not checked and greyed out.
What else can I do to fix this ?
