Junk email copied to Sync Issues Conflicts folder

Using Outlook 2007 and Exchange 2003
Anything that appears in junk email is duplicated into the conflicts folder
Any ideas on how to stop this ?

Shared calendar in OWA

Short question I can't find the answer to, and therefore hope that you
can help.
Can a user access shared calendar the same way via OWA as they do in
Outlook, by that I mean, do the get a column for each user (as in
Outlook and Hotmail)?
If not, how does it work? ...

I have a problem in that I have 6 solid years of I.T experience but
unfortunately it's all been in Lotus Notes houses. I want to change jobs
(and go exchange) and my lack of commercial exchange is a real problem. Can
anyone suggest any way I can work around this or gap-fil my lack of

hi, is there a way to grant a user a read only access to a mailbox with OWA?
the mailbox is a journal, where normal users may only read and search. so
fare i could open a second mailbox over OWA, when the loged in user has full
access to that maybox

Yes, the free/busy setting is there ofcourse, but I haven't tried the /cleanfreebusy
switch yet, doing that today. I'll post the results asap.

Send Receive Errors

All mail sends and receives correctly automatically but when we do a manual
Send/Receive we receive an error that says:
Task "Microsoft Exchange Server" reported error (0x8004010F): "The operation
failed. An object could not be found."
