Can't update CEO free/busy calendar

Outlook 2003 was repaired on my CEO's assistant's PC. I am finding that her
system no longer will permit her to update my CEO's calendar. It shows that
she has editor permission in the security tab. But, all options are grayed
out. I also see a (2) BY HER CALENDAR. What do I need to do to do to allow

Relay works in Outlook Express but not outlook 2003

I have been fighting a relay problem.
After running Microsoft Security tool on Exchange 2003 and following its
recomendations I was unable to realy to external addresses using a POP3
client.

Categories in Public Contacts

I have a client who keeps all their company contacts in a public folder.
They want to be able to set up categories that are universal to all users;
however, Outlook only seems to allow profile-specific categories. So if user
A categorizes a contact as 'Northwest Region', user B can not filter by that

OWA issues with Firefox/Win Mobile

Hi all, I am having 2 issues with OWA 2003
1) Firefox does not log the users ou tunless they close all of their firefox
windows. - Is this expected bhanviour?
2) On a palm treo with Windows Mobile using IE, OWA never logs the user out.

We're upgrading to Exchange 2007 and getting a wack of licenses. Outlook
used to be included with older licenses for Exchange.
Is Outlook 2007 available with the license purchase for the new Exchange
2007?

web outlook 2003 locks up with IE 7.0

When I'm composing a new message, sometimes my web outlook window will
temporarily lock up and I have to wait maybe 10 secs for it to become
responsive again. It just stops accepting keyboard presses for a bit.
Using Firefox this doesn't happen, but then I lose a lot of web
outlook features.
