Sync folder

Can someone briefly explain to me the purpose of Sync issues folder (conflicts,
etc.) which appears in Outlook for Exchange 2007? I think we didn't have
this with Exch2003, right?
I have a few cases where all incoming messages that go to Junk mail, also

I use Exchange 2007 on Server 2003. Some of the clients give an error during
send/receive and in the sync folder I see the following error:

Shared calender OWA

We use Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. There is a shared calender all staff
have access to using Outlook. They cannot access it using OWA, which is what
we wish to achieve.

I am using Mac Office 2008 when I configure the exchange 2003 email account
with Entourage I am able to synch my calendar but contacts and email do not
populate the folders created that match my outlook file structure.
